Luba Kusharia-Lawrence the founder of Lubacom Marketing Communications is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of corporate marketing and communications, graphic design and forms design/analysis in agency, corporate and as a consultant in a range of industries, including:

• Financial Services
• Graphic Arts
• High Tech
• Government

Luba exhibits a unique ability to combine planning with tactical implementation to ensure that ideas can be put into action. With the advent of the web, one of her focuses is to integrate customer acquisition programs in both off-line and on-line activities such as web design, sales collateral and customer communications.

Prior to forming Lubacom, Luba served as Senior Design consultant at the Department of Finance, Ontario Government, Document Designer at Xerox outsourcing, Designer/Analyst at IOF Foresters and Graphic Designer at Nesbitt Burns. Responsibilities included:

• Graphic and forms design
• Brand development and management
• Communications planning and budgeting
• Sales collateral
• Web site development

Luba is a Graduate of the Ontario College of Art in Communication and Design.
